About me
In my research work, we fabricated a Sb2Se3 solar cell with ZnSe as buffer layer and choose HTL and other layer parameters by SCAPS simulation software as the use of simulation tool/theoretical calculations offer a quick and effective way to investigate these key parameters and produce relevant practical suggestions. I can help students in simulation software usage, characterization and analysis of materials, writing research papers and thesis, designing experiments, preparing presentations.
Interests: My research interest lies in the field of solar cells, material science and inorganic chemistry. I also have interest in SCAPS simulation software, scientific writing.
