In my research work, we fabricated a Sb2Se3 solar cell with ZnSe as buffer layer and choose HTL and other layer parameters by SCAPS simulation software as the use of simulation tool/theoretical calculations offer a quick and effective way to investigate these key parameters and produce relevant practical suggestions.
