Interests: My research interests focus on bioinformatics, computational biology, and genomics, with an emphasis on developing computational methods for analyzing high-throughput sequencing data. I am particularly interested in cell-free DNA methylation analysis, cancer biomarker discovery, single-cell and multi-omics data integration, epigenomics, statistical modeling, and machine learning applications in biology. I am also passionate about reproducible research, biological data interpretation, and translating computational analyses into meaningful biological and clinical insights.
