About me

I am a Human Genetics researcher with 10+ publications in international journals. My expertise spans wet-lab cell culture and computational tools like Python, PyMOL, and Rosetta. As a supervisor, I offer students end-to-end mentorship in the publication lifecycle, from hypothesis to final manuscript, alongside integrated bioinformatics training. I bridge the gap between raw genomic data and high-impact research, fostering technical rigor and elite scientific writing.

Interests: My research interests center on the integration of molecular genetics with computational biology to address complex human health challenges. I am particularly focused on utilizing in silico drug and vaccine design—leveraging tools like PyMOL, Rosetta, and molecular docking—to identify novel therapeutic targets and accelerate the prototyping of biological interventions. Having authored 10+ peer-reviewed publications in areas ranging from probiotic vaccine design to protein structural analysis, I am driven to explore how high-dimensional genomic data can be translated into practical clinical applications. My work is underpinned by a strong foundation in wet-lab molecular biology, specifically in protein purification and cell culture, which allows me to bridge the gap between theoretical modeling and experimental validation.
