About me
Postdoctoral researcher at Uppsala University with expertise in nucleic acid biochemistry, DNA polymerase engineering, and cancer biology. Experienced in protein expression (baculovirus/bacterial), enzyme characterization, and cell-based assays. Interests: Nucleic acid biochemistry, DNA polymerase engineering, and enzyme mechanism studies. Cancer biology with a focus on EGFR-driven signaling, drug resistance, and targeted inhibitor development. Aptamer and nanobody-based therapeutics. Protein expression and biophysical characterization. Structural and computational biology, including docking and molecular dynamics, to understand biomolecular interactions and guide drug design.
