About me
I hold a Ph.D. in Structural Bioinformatics from Bharathiar University. My academic and professional journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in structural bioinformatics and NGS data analysis, and proteomics analysis. I have recently reviewed manuscripts for Springer Nature journals. In my current role, I have been deeply involved in proteogenomics study of glioblastoma, using a combination of analysis to identify novel protein isoforms and assess their clinical significance.
