A Bioinformatics researcher with a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology that focuses on molecular biology, metabolic disruptions leading to disease. With several years of experience in research, teaching, and project mentoring based on genomics, proteomics, network analysis; involving various datasets and integrated methods, I look forward to providing structured mentorship in project development, interdisciplinary research integration, publication and domain guidance and support.

Interests: Research interest : 1. System level studies on molecular disruptions leading to alterations in system. 2. Identify key role players in biomolecular communication 3. Integrative analysis of molecular pathways which involve and influence multiple functions. 4. NGS analysis, biomarker identification using Galaxy, Cytoscape and other bioinformatics tools
