About me

I am a UGC-NET and GATE-qualified Psychology professional currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), Pune. My academic and research experience includes quantitative research, psychological assessment, academic writing, and research methodology. I have experience mentoring students, developing educational content, and contributing to psychology-focused research projects.

Interests: My research interests include human performance, cognitive and behavioral predictors of performance, operational and organizational stress, defence psychology, applied cognitive psychology, psychological assessment, mental health, and evidence-based interventions. I am also interested in quantitative research methods, psychometrics, and the application of psychological science to real-world settings.
