Bioinformatics researcher with 3+ years of experience and 2+ years in genomics, working in a computational (dry lab) setting. Skilled in RNA-seq, transcriptomics, pangenome, AMR, and protein analysis using Python and Linux tools. Interested in applying AI/ML to complex genomic data and open to collaborations, publications, and research projects.

Interests: Research interests lie in bioinformatics and computational biology, with a focus on infectious diseases, human genomics, and population genetics. Particularly interested in transcriptomics (RNA-seq), host–pathogen interactions, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), and pangenome analysis to understand genetic variation and disease mechanisms. Also motivated to apply AI and machine learning approaches to analyze complex genomic data and uncover meaningful biological insights.
