I am a Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with expertise in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, organizational psychology, and research methodology. I hold an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and have extensive internship experience across healthcare settings. I mentor students in research design, dissertation writing, data analysis, psychodiagnostics, and evidence-based psychological interventions, helping them develop strong academic and professional competencies.

Interests: My research interests include Organizational Psychology, Occupational Stress, Employee Well-being, Organizational Culture, Psychological Safety, Organizational Justice, Employee Performance, Workplace Mental Health, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodiagnostics, and Psychological Assessment.
