I am a molecular biologist with expertise in metabolomics, transcriptomics, stress biology, and aging research using *Caenorhabditis elegans* as a model organism. My research experience encompasses a wide range of molecular biology, genetics, and biochemical techniques, including protein purification, chromatography, agarose gel electrophoresis, Native-PAGE, SDS-PAGE, plasmid DNA isolation, genomic DNA and RNA extraction, cloning, cDNA synthesis, real-time PCR, and quantitative RT-PCR.
