About me
I am a bioinformatics researcher with expertise in genomics, transcriptomics, molecular biology, and biological data analysis. My experience spans both computational and wet-lab research, enabling me to simplify complex concepts for students. I can guide learners in research design, scientific literature interpretation, data analysis, and building the confidence and critical thinking skills needed to succeed in academic research.
Interests: My research interests lie at the intersection of bioinformatics and molecular biology, with a focus on genomics, transcriptomics, and sequencing-based data analysis. I am particularly interested in understanding complex biological systems through computational approaches, including RNA-seq, comparative genomics, and the application of machine learning to biomedical data. I am also passionate about translating research findings into meaningful biological insights and mentoring students in developing strong analytical and research skills.
