I am a PhD scholar at Bose Institute, Kolkata, working on protein contact networks using computational approaches. I use Python and R for data analysis and modelling, with strong skills in data visualisation. I help students learn bioinformatics, coding, and data interpretation, and guide them in projects with simple, clear explanations.
