About me

PhD in Biotechnology with 5+ years of research experience in neurodegenerative diseases, molecular and cellular biology, and drug discovery. Expertise in mammalian cell culture, zebrafish models, gene expression analysis, bioinformatics, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulations. Passionate about translational research, therapeutic development, scientific communication, and mentoring students and young researchers in experimental design, data analysis, and project execution.

Interests: My research interests lie in neurodegenerative diseases, molecular and cellular neuroscience, and translational drug discovery. I am particularly interested in elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying neuronal dysfunction and identifying novel neuroprotective agents from natural and synthetic sources. My work integrates cell-based assays, zebrafish models, gene expression studies, bioinformatics, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulations to evaluate therapeutic potential and target interactions. I am also passionate about research mentoring, fostering scientific curiosity, and guiding students in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific communication.
