About me

I am a Molecular Biology and Genetics graduate pursuing a Master’s in Vaccine Development and Immunology, focused on immunoinformatics. I design multi-epitope vaccines using epitope prediction, structural modeling, and docking. I also apply machine learning for epitope selection and HLA-binding prediction, using Python for data analysis and predictive modeling.

Interests: My research interests focus on immunoinformatics, computational vaccine design, and host-pathogen interactions. I aim to integrate machine learning with bioinformatics to improve epitope prediction, optimize HLA coverage, and develop next-generation vaccines and host-directed therapies against infectious diseases.
