About me
Bioinformatics Analyst (3+ years) with an MSc from BHU, specializing in genomics pipelines and NGS data. Expert in WGS, transcriptome annotation, and spatial transcriptomics (Seurat). I build robust workflows using Nextflow, Docker, and AWS Batch. Experienced in troubleshooting complex research hurdles, from VUS characterization to pipeline parallelization. I’m passionate about mentoring others to bridge the gap between raw biological data and rigorous, reproducible research insights.
Interests: Genomics & Transcriptomics: Developing robust pipelines for germline WGS analysis and de novo transcriptome assembly. Single-Cell & Spatial Analysis: Utilizing advanced R-based frameworks (Seurat) to explore spatial gene expression patterns. Clinical Bioinformatics: Researching Variant of Uncertain Significance (VUS) genes, with a specific interest in rare diseases like JMML (Juvenile Myelomonocytic Leukemia). Workflow Automation: Optimizing parallel processing and containerization in bioinformatics to ensure research reproducibility.
