About me
Molecular Biotechnology Engineer with strong experience in neuroscience research, molecular biology, and applied biotechnology. Proven track record in designing and executing experimental research, including electrophysiology, behavioral studies in animal models, microbiology, electrophysiology, optogenetics, stereotactic surgeries, histological analysis and neural data processing.
Interests: My research interests focus on understanding the neural basis of sensory processing and pain through the integration of neuroimaging and experimental neuroscience approaches. I am particularly interested in linking molecular and cellular mechanisms such as ion channel function with large-scale brain activity using techniques like fMRI and EEG. I aim to combine neuroimaging, electrophysiology, and behavioral models to study neural circuit dynamics and their role in sensory perception and dysfunction.
