About me

M.Tech candidate from NIT Durgapur,my research interests lie at the intersection of Molecular & Cell Biology and Bioinformatics,focused on leveraging computational tools to solve complex biological challenges. My expertise includes biomaterial science,data analysis,and technical scientific writing,allowing me to translate lab findings into evidencebased documentation,offering students a structured approach to mastering Good Laboratory Practices,molecular techniques,and analytical problemsolving.

Interests: My primary research interest lies in Molecular and Cell Biology, specifically the spatial and temporal regulation of cellular processes. I am fascinated by how biochemical signaling pathways dictate cell fate and how these can be modulated for therapeutic benefit. This interest extends into Biomaterial Science, where I have led projects focused on the development of "smart" hydrogels. By engineering gelatin-alginate formulations for controlled bioactive delivery, I explore how exogenous materials interact with cellular environments to facilitate tissue repair and localized drug release. Complementing this is my dedication to Bioinformatics. I believe that the future of life sciences is data-driven. I am deeply interested in leveraging computational tools to analyze genomic and proteomic datasets, using Python and SQL to identify biomarkers and predict the degradation behaviors of novel compounds. My goal is to use bio-computation to reduce the "trial and error" phase of laboratory research, moving toward a more predictive model of drug and material development.
