About me
PhD in ciliary biology (UM-DAE CEBS, Mumbai). Thesis biochemically and biophysically characterised a non-canonical AKAP–PKA-like signalling module in the C2a projection of the motile-cilia central apparatus — establishing FAP174 as a cAMP-binding regulatory subunit and FAP147 as an atypical catalytic subunit. Expertise: ITC, SPR, kinase assays, co-IP, MS proteomics. First-author publication in Cytoskeleton (2026). Seeking postdoc in cancer biology.
Interests: My reseach interest is on molecular biology and proteins where I can understand the function of proteins using wet lab and bioinformatics approach.
