About me

I am an academician, researcher, and bioinformatics specialist with over 11 years of experience in interdisciplinary life science research, teaching, and computational analysis. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Professor in the P.G. Department of Bioinformatics at Shri Shivaji Science College, Amravati, where I am actively engaged in postgraduate teaching, research mentoring, and strengthening computational infrastructure for advanced biological studies.

Interests: My research focuses on next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, cheminformatics, and AI-driven approaches for biological data interpretation. I have developed and implemented bioinformatics pipelines for cancer genomics, molecular phylogenetics, and computational drug discovery. A significant part of my work explores phytochemical-based therapeutics, where I investigate plant-derived compounds using in silico methods and integrate them with green-synthesized nanoparticles for translational applications in healthcare and disease management.
