Interests: My research interests lie at the intersection of polymer chemistry, molecule design, and materials innovation, with a strong focus on translating fundamental science into scalable and commercially viable solutions. A key area of my work involves molecular design and chemical synthesis, where I develop tailored polymer systems through precise structural and chemical modifications to achieve desired performance characteristics such as thermal stability, durability, and processability. I complement this with deep expertise in process development and optimization, enabling efficient scale-up from laboratory to manufacturing while ensuring robustness, quality, and compliance. I am also particularly interested in sustainable materials and green chemistry approaches, including chemical recycling and the development of environmentally responsible solutions that contribute to carbon footprint reduction. Additionally, I leverage data-driven methodologies and predictive modeling to accelerate material development cycles and improve process efficiency. Beyond technical research, my focus extends to innovation program leadership, integrating IP strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and technology commercialization to deliver impactful R&D outcomes.
