My research focuses on understanding interactions between long non-coding RNAs and the Chikungunya virus to identify potential antiviral targets. This experience has strengthened my expertise in molecular and cellular biology techniques such as RT-qPCR, cloning, transfection, mutagenesis, Western blotting, Co-IP, and mammalian cell culture.
