Interests: My research interests lie in computational biology and bioinformatics, with a focus on understanding the molecular mechanisms of complex diseases through multi-omics data integration. I am particularly interested in transcriptomic and genomic analysis of diabetes and its secondary complications, including retinopathy and nephropathy. My work involves identifying biomarkers, functional pathways, and therapeutic targets using NGS data, variant analysis, and co-expression networks. I also explore drug repurposing and precision medicine approaches. Additionally, I am interested in developing scalable bioinformatics pipelines and translating data-driven insights into clinically relevant outcomes.
