About me

Psychologist and School Counsellor with M.Sc. Psychology, Advanced PG Diploma in Guidance & Counselling, UGC-NET (2024) and GATE (2025) qualified, currently pursuing Ph.D. from GJU Hisar. Experienced in individual and group counselling, career guidance, psychometric assessment, and special needs support. Worked as Counsellor & PGT Psychology at Delhi World Public School, Bhiwani and Guest Faculty at GJU Hisar.

Interests: My research interests lie in student mental health, academic identity, counselling interventions, and psychological well-being. I am particularly interested in exploring the impact of stress, personality, and self-concept on academic performance and personal recovery. I also have a keen interest in digital safety, child psychology, and inclusive mental health care for children with special needs.
