About me

I am a dedicated and accomplished academician and researcher with over 20 years of teaching experience in Organic Chemistry. I hold a Ph. D. in Chemistry (Polymer Science) from University of Mumbai. My expertise includes Polymer Chemistry, starch- based graft copolymers, nanomaterials and organic synthesis. I have published research papers, guided student research projects, mentored students and received recognition for teaching excellence and academic contributions.

Interests: My research interests include polymer chemistry, organic synthesis, biodegradable and sustainable materials, starch- based graft copolymers, hydrogels, green synthesis of nanoparticles and nanotechnology. I am particularly interested in developing eco-friendly functional materials for environmental and industrial applications. My interests also extend to material characterization, biodegradation studies and interdisciplinary research involving advanced polymeric and nanostructured systems.
