I have completed PhD in tea science that closely relates to brings extensive experience in analyzing complex biological datasets and developing computational pipelines. I have enriched my knowledge in statistical analysis, data interpretation and data driven research to address challenging biological questions.
Interests: My research interests include metabolomics, genomics, ionomics and multi-omics data integration. I am interested in developing computational and statistical methods to analyze complex biological datasets, identify biomarkers and apply machine learning and AI to advance precision medicine and translational research.
