About me
I am a PhD researcher in bioinformatics with strong expertise in cancer epigenomics and NGS data analysis. My work focuses on ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, super-enhancer identification, and integrative regulatory analysis across multiple cancer types. I mentor students in practical bioinformatics workflows, data interpretation, and reproducible research using R, Python, and Bash.
Interests: Cancer epigenomics with a focus on super-enhancers and transcriptional regulation. Hands-on analysis of ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data, including H3K27ac and H3K4me3 profiling, differential binding/expression, and tumor-stage comparisons (normal, primary, metastasis). Projects emphasize reproducible pipelines, biological interpretation, and publication-ready results using R, Python, and Bash.
