About me
I recently graduated from the Integrated Biology and Medicine PhD programme at Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore. My thesis focussed on transcriptomic analysis of mouse retinal cells with a focus on retinal glia and how they are affected by ageing and retinal injury. Through my thesis I was able to work from scRNA library prep to final analysis- all done inhouse. I have good experience in molecular biology techniques and cell culture, including stem cell culture.
