About me

I have interned at biotech startup Axbio and then Audi of America as a data analyst/engineer and machine learning engineer, respectively. For my Master's capstone project, I was a bioinformatics software engineer for RCSB (Research Collaboratory for Structural Bioinformatics). Throughout my experiences, I have pushed safety-critical, high-priority features to development. My success across various environments will instill in students the ability to succeed in any environment.

Interests: I'm primarily interested in the intersection of biology and technology. I believe that this intersection is where some of the most important discoveries of the 21st century will occur. More specifically, I am interested in applying machine learning to biological problems. In my free time, I have worked on deep learning proteomics pipelines.
