About me
Dr. Rupsha Mondal is a neuroscientist specializing in neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Parkinson’s disease. Her research focuses on mitochondrial dysfunction, neuroinflammation, and cellular stress pathways in neurodegeneration. With PhD training and postdoctoral research experience, she mentors students in experimental design, molecular neuroscience techniques, and scientific writing.
Interests: Neurodegeneration, particularly Parkinson’s disease and related disorders; mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, and mitophagy; neuroinflammation and immune signaling in brain injury and disease; lysosomal pathways and cellular stress responses; translational neuroscience approaches for therapeutic targeting.
