About me

Currently I am working as an Institute Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Earth Sciences, IIT Bombay, with research focused on the characterization of critical mineral systems. Completed my Ph.D. from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, specializing in mineral chemistry and trace element geochemistry to decipher the genesis of gold mineralization within the Cuddapah Basin, southern India. Published several peer-reviewed articles in international journals and presenter at leading international conferences.

Interests: I am an ore geologist specializing in gold metallogeny and critical mineral systems, with research focused on the trace element geochemistry of pyrite, and their role in invisible gold mineralization. Experienced in field-based geological investigations, mineral chemistry, and advanced analytical techniques including EPMA and LA-ICP-MS to understand ore-forming processes and the genesis of gold and critical mineral deposits.
