About me

Dedicated and academically qualified Psychology professional with a Ph.D. in Psychology and three years of teaching experience as a Resource Person. Skilled in delivering psychology-related lectures, guiding students, preparing academic content, and supporting research-oriented learning. Strong knowledge of psychological concepts, research methodology, student mentoring, and academic presentation.

Interests: My research interests include educational psychology, mental health among college students, academic stress, test anxiety, procrastination, academic performance, and psychological well-being. I am also interested in studying gender differences, socio-economic factors, and educational-level differences in relation to student mental health and academic outcomes. Additionally, I am interested in psychological assessment, counselling-related research, and intervention-based studies that support student development and well-being.
