About me
I did BSc in Biomedical Science and Master's in Biotechnology. My Ph.D. work involved role of mitochondrial ion channels in brain cell death. My Ph.D. work involved both theoretical and computational neuroscience. I pursued postdoc from Ben Gurion University, Israel. I worked at SGT University, Gurugram as Assistant Professor. There I started working on AI models for various neurological disorders using EEG signals. I have trained many undergraduate and PhD students in their thesis work.
Interests: Currently, I am developing AI models for various disorders. I am also working on protein structure prediction, protein-protein interaction analyses, phylogenetic analyses and MD simulation for ion channel proteins. I am also working in Quantum computing and Machine learning.
