About me

I worked as Content Creator (Psychology) for 1 year and 9 months at JoVE. Worked as an Assistant Professor, Psychology at 1. Avadh Law College, Lucknow from 7th December 2021 to 7th March 2024. 2. Siddhartha University, Siddharthanagar from 4th October 2021 to 1st December 2021 {Guest Faculty}. 3. St. Joseph’s College for Women, Gorakhpur from 12th November 2019 to 13th November 2020. I have also worked as Counselor from 1st August 2016 to 31st August 2018.

Interests: My PhD topic was Mental health and distress in adults: A cross-cultural study. I am interested in topics related to psychological immunity, resilience, mental health, health psychology, positive psychology, cross-cultural psychology, health psychology, geriatric psychology, cognitive psychology, social psychology and behavioral psychology.
