About me
I am a skilled expert with an M.Tech in Food Tech and a B.Tech in Biotechnology, maintaining top grades throughout. I have hands-on experience in lab testing, DNA analysis (PCR), and food safety standards. My research focuses on making food more nutritious and removing harmful natural compounds to create better products. As a mentor, I help students master lab equipment, design their own experiments, and understand how to turn classroom science into real-world industry work.
Interests: Functional food development and protein enrichment, Reducing antinutritional factors (Oxalate/Phytic acid) in legumes, Food safety management systems (HACCP/GMP/GHP), Biotechnological applications in sustainable food processing.
