About me
I hold a PhD in Biochemistry and have worked on screening anticancer compounds from medicinal plants using in-vitro and in-vivo models and isolating active principles against lung cancer. Technical skills: extraction of plant compounds, chromatographic techniques (HPTLC and column chromatography), UV-Visible spectrophotometry, ELISA, protein isolation and quantification, and dose-response analysis for IC50 determination. I want to help students with experiment design and technical writing.
Interests: isolation and purification of phytocomponents from medicinal plants, analytical method development, optimization of existing protocols.
