About me
I am a Chemistry educator with over 14 years of teaching experience in higher education. I hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and have qualified SET. My experience includes teaching Applied Chemistry, Engineering Chemistry and handling curriculum planning, assessment, and student mentoring. I aim to help students understand concepts clearly, think critically, and develop confidence and interest in Science through supportive and engaging teaching.
Interests: My research interests lie in green chemistry, computational chemistry, reaction kinetics, and the study of dye degradation mechanisms. My doctoral work focused on theoretical and experimental analysis of reaction pathways, solvent effects, counter-ion effects, and catalytic processes, which helped me develop a strong foundation in sustainable and applied chemistry.
