About me
I am a genomics and bioinformatics specialist with expertise in prokaryotic and eukaryotic genome analysis. My work spans metagenomics, epigenomics (Hi-C, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq), transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. I deliver end-to-end NGS data analysis, rigorous literature review, scientific writing, and applied machine-learning solutions for complex biological datasets.
Interests: Genome architecture and 3D chromatin organization (Hi-C, capture Hi-C, chromatin interaction analysis) Epigenetic regulation of gene expression using ChIP-seq and ATAC-seq Comparative genomics and metagenomics with emphasis on microbial evolution and mobilomes Integrative multi-omics analysis (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) Machine-learning and graph-based methods for biological network and genome analysis Systems-level understanding of disease-associated genome and chromatin reorganization
