About me

I currently serve as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Vidya University, Meerut. I completed my Ph.D. in Biotechnology from UPES Dehradun. I have teaching experience, including mentoring students, laboratory training. My expertise includes molecular biology techniques, computational analysis, cancer biology, cell culture, immunohistochemistry, and molecular simulations. I am passionate about contributing to high quality research, and academic job.

Interests: I currently serve as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Vidya University, Meerut. I completed my M.Sc. in Biochemistry from the Central University of Rajasthan and hold a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from UPES Dehradun. My doctoral research focused on MYC-driven metabolic reprogramming in breast cancer, integrating both computational and experimental approaches. This work has resulted in publications in reputed Q1 and Q2 journals and presentations at international conferences. I have teaching experience, including delivering lectures, mentoring students, and conducting laboratory training. My expertise includes molecular biology techniques, computational analysis (Python and TCGA datasets), cancer biology, cell culture, immunohistochemistry, and molecular simulations. I was honored with the Best Oral Presentation Award at the International Young Researchers' Conference (IYRC) held at UPES, Dehradun. I am passionate about contributing to high-quality teaching, research, and academic development within your institution.
