About me

I am a postgraduate in Industrial Microbiology with hands-on experience in bioinformatics and life sciences data analysis. My expertise includes analyzing biological sequence data using Python, Biopython, performing exploratory data analysis with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Power BI. I have worked on bioinformatics projects including microbial genomics, 16S rRNA studies and completed a remote data analytics internship in the healthcare and pharmaceutical domain.

Interests: My research interests lie at the intersection of microbiology, bioinformatics, and life sciences data analytics. I am particularly interested in analyzing biological sequence data, including microbial genomics, to understand genetic variation, taxonomy, and functional characteristics of organisms. I am also focused on gene and protein expression analysis, comparative bioinformatics, and the application of computational and statistical methods to interpret large-scale biological and healthcare datasets. In the long term, I aim to contribute to research in areas such as infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, and data-driven approaches to biomedical and pharmaceutical research.
