About me
Biotechnology postgraduate with research experience in structural and molecular biology, focusing on transcription factors in cancer. Skilled in molecular techniques, data analysis, and computational modeling including docking and MD simulations. Experienced in clinical diagnostics (RT-PCR, ELISA) and handling biological datasets. Strong in research, data validation, and translating complex scientific data into structured insights.
Interests: My research is centered on understanding disease mechanisms at a molecular level, specifically the role of transcription factors ERG and ERRα in prostate cancer. What makes my work unique is the integration of experimental techniques with computational modeling—I have designed workflows for protein interaction studies and developed pipelines for protein–DNA structure prediction using molecular dynamics and docking approaches. In parallel, my experience at ICMR-RMRC exposed me to clinical diagnostics and large-scale data interpretation, which strengthened my ability to validate and analyze biological data in real-world scenarios. Going forward, I am particularly interested in roles that involve data-driven biological analysis, where I can apply both my experimental understanding and computational skills to generate meaningful insights
