About me
Fifth-year PhD researcher in microbial ecology, plant stress physiology, and metabolomics. I work in Rajasthan drought is the baseline, not a lab variable. My research tests whether soil bacteria can help crops survive water stress, from field isolation and molecular characterization to greenhouse experiments and metabolomics analysis. I supervise students across the full pipeline: bench microbiology, molecular methods, biochemical assays, and bioinformatics interpretation.
Interests: Metabolomics and Metabolic Profiling of Stress-Responsive Pathways Transcriptomics and Gene Expression Analysis under Drought Stress Proteomics for Identification of Stress-Responsive Proteins Functional Genomics of Beneficial Microorganisms Antioxidative Defense Mechanisms and Osmotic Regulation in Plants Molecular Mechanisms of PGPR-Mediated Stress Tolerance Bioinformatics and Computational Analysis of Omics Data
