About me
Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Oxford with 6+ years of PhD experience in molecular and cell biology, specializing in chromosome biology using S. cerevisiae. Expertise in genetic manipulation, advanced microscopy, and high-throughput techniques. Experience with mammalian cell lines (RPE-1, HeLa, HEK293T) and a strong publication record.
Interests: My research interests lie in understanding chromosome biology, genome stability, and kinetochore function, with a focus on centromeric chromatin and protein dynamics. I am particularly interested in integrating genetic, biochemical, and advanced imaging approaches across yeast and mammalian systems to uncover mechanisms underlying cell division and genome maintenance.
