About me

I have experience with real world research on projects detecting text decption with machine learning and human coding. I also have experience using EDA and ECG with the mobile BioPac and Acqknowledge hardware and sofware. Using it on participants to detect freezing while they watched scarey/aversively stimulating videos. Used neurokit2 python library to clean ECG signals and detect R peaks while extracting relivant HRV metreics such as the minimum and maximum heart rate.

Interests: My areas of interest are machine learning and classification with physiological health data. Fine-tuning transformer models such as RoBERTA for sentiment analysis. Creating interactive data dashboards in Power BI and Tableau. Conducting physiological research with human subjects.
