About me
Senior Research Fellow with six years of expertise in Bioinformatics and Genomics, specializing in NGS pipelines, molecular docking, and plant-microbe interactions. Proficient in R and Python, I bridge the gap between wet-lab research and high-throughput computational modeling. With a strong background in academic mentorship and manuscript preparation, I provide technical guidance to help researchers achieve publication success.
Interests: Research interests include plant-microbe interactions and the genomic characterization of endophytes for secondary metabolite discovery. I focus on microbial genomics, NGS data analysis (16S/ITS), and high-throughput sequence processing. Additionally, I utilize computer-aided drug design (CADD), molecular docking, and MD simulations to identify bioactive compounds, alongside biological network analysis and phylogenetic modeling.
