About me
I am a PhD-trained biophysicist with expertise in protein expression, purification, nucleic acid structures, and protein–DNA/RNA interactions. My research experience has equipped me with strong skills in experimental design, biophysical techniques, data analysis, molecular mechanisms in biological systems. I can support students in building strong concepts, designing experiments, analyzing data, and developing critical thinking, helping them bridge theoretical knowledge with practical research.
Interests: My research interests broadly span biophysics, molecular biology, and biomedical sciences, with a focus on understanding the fundamental principles governing biomolecular structure, dynamics, and interactions. I am interested in nucleic acids, proteins, and their complexes, and how their structural organization influences cellular function and regulation. My work integrates experimental approaches such as protein expression, purification, and biophysical characterization to study these systems at a mechanistic level. I am also keen on exploring how disruptions in these processes contribute to human diseases, and how such insights can be leveraged for developing therapeutic strategies, diagnostics, and interdisciplinary innovations at the interface of biology, physics, and healthcare.
