About me

During my PhD, I explored the synthesis, characterization, and evaluation of gold and silver nanoparticle based systems functionalized with natural compounds for their potential in inhibiting protein amyloid aggregation. Using a combination of biophysical and computational approaches, the study demonstrated that surface-modified gold and silver nanoparticles can effectively prevent protein aggregation and promote fibril disassembly under physiologically relevant conditions.

Interests: My research interest is focused on biophysical study of (1) the molecular mechanism of protein aggregation, (2) anti-amyloid nanoparticle synthesis and its characterization and (3) amyloid-related diseases and its inhibition strategies
