About me
I am Nivedita Raj Sirola, a Doctoral Researcher and Consultant Counseling Psychologist. I am applying to serve as a Research Guide because I am deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of scholars, helping them navigate the complexities of academic inquiry, and empowering them to translate intellectual curiosity into impactful social science research.
Interests: My research interests focus on contemporary, high-demand areas within applied and positive psychology. I am deeply interested in investigating the psychological determinants of overall well-being, quality of life, and the dynamics of social alienation across varying demographic populations. Additionally, my focus extends to trending domains in mental health, including the impacts of digital spaces on self-identity, modern coping mechanisms for burnout, and how socio-environmental structures influence community resilience. As a research guide, I welcome student inquiries across diverse methodologies including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method designs aimed at solving real-world behavioral and emotional challenges.
