About me
I am working on the microbiome of crop plants to understand disease development and plant health. The fungal pathogen causing disease was identified, and microbiome profiling of healthy and diseased plants revealed significant shifts in bacterial communities. Endophytic bacteria with plant growth–promoting traits were isolated and evaluated, highlighting their potential role in disease suppression and sustainable crop improvement.
