About me
Biotechnology researcher and PhD scholar specializing in phytochemistry, natural product research, and computational biology. My work focuses on identifying bioactive compounds from medicinal plants and tea cultivars for therapeutic applications. I have trained 200+ students in biotechnology and bioinformatics and mentored 60+ UG and PG students in research projects. Expertise includes scientific writing, data analysis, bioinformatics, and in silico drug discovery.
Interests: My research interests include phytochemical profiling, medicinal plant biotechnology, natural product drug discovery, bioinformatics, molecular docking, ADME/Toxicity prediction, systems biology, computational biology, functional foods, nutraceuticals, antimicrobial resistance, metabolomics, and therapeutic applications of plant-derived compounds. I am particularly interested in integrating experimental and computational approaches for the discovery and development of novel bioactive compounds and health-promoting products.
